We buy 1/2 steer, a lamb, and a pig every year from a local farmer.  I love the &quot;fresh&quot; healthy (no antibiotics or hormores) meat.

However, I have an over abundance of roasts (all three, beef, pork and lamb).

Besides throwing them in the slow cooker or pressure cooker with soup and various seasonings, anyone have any great recipies or ideas on how to cook them?

5-6 boneless, skinless breast
<br>
1 can Rotel Tomatoes w/chilis

1 packet Taco Seasoning

1 brick cream cheese

Put the chicken breast in the crockpot

Mix the taco seasoning with the Rotel and then pour over the top of the chicken

Cover and let cook on low about 6 hours.
